MenuLens is a web-based tool for analyzing restaurant menu profitability. It provides menu engineering analysis, profitability metrics, price simulation, and report generation. The tool runs entirely in your browser.

2. Pricing

MenuLens offers a free tier with limited features and a full analysis upgrade for a one-time payment of $19 USD, processed through PayPal. There are no subscriptions, recurring fees, or hidden charges.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use MenuLens only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the source code.
• Use the tool to distribute malware or conduct attacks.
• Automate access to the tool in ways that burden our infrastructure.
• Resell or redistribute MenuLens as your own product.

4. Intellectual Property

MenuLens is released under the MIT License. You are free to use, modify, and distribute the software in accordance with the MIT License terms.

5. No Guarantee of Business Results

MenuLens provides analysis and recommendations based on the data you input. We do not guarantee that following the tool's recommendations will lead to increased profits or any specific business outcome. You are solely responsible for the business decisions you make based on the analysis.

6. Service Availability

We aim to keep MenuLens available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The tool may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to circumstances beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MenuLens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the tool. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the tool ($19 USD).
